One of the best sites for learning about and improving your PHP skills. Read the articles, check the support forums, and download scripts from the shared code library.
PHP Coding Standard
This site contains some very good suggestions (although it may say rules) for structuring and writing your code. It has some good tips but I would not take it all to heart.

A neat little utility called JaneBUILDER. It is a visual editor for PHP. This site also contains good information on utilizing PHP and MySQL. JaneBUILDER allows you build complex PHP pages with mouse clicks and menu items. The files created are native PHP (text) files (that can be opened by any html tool or text editor) and uploaded to your web server for deployment.

TheScripts.com PHP Resources
A Web programming resource that contains a few PHP articles. Very specific and results-oriented.
ThinkPHP.de
A German and international PHP support company providing full PHP support (single incidents, on-call duty), software development, training, and performance measurements. Sorry English speakers, alles auf Deutsch!

Creators of the technology behind version 4 of PHP. This is a great resource for general PHP information, specifics as to how to improve performance, and it contains some articles written by very knowledgable PHP programmers.
